| Obviously the first
step in finding a house in Brittany and taking your first
step into the Brittany property market is to find the Brittany

be expected to pay a deposit of up to 10%, this can often
be negotiated.
'Acte de Vente' This
is the final part of the Brittany property sale. Normally
you will have transferred the final balance to be paid for

by the Brittany Notaire, these bank accounts are stringently
controlled. Once all parties involved have signed this purchase
contract, it is final. That is to say that once signed,
you are now the owner of a house in Brittany and can take

land registration fees etc and some time after your Brittany
property purchase (sometimes as long as a year) you will
receive a small cheque for the difference. The reason the
